This page explains what data Captured By Jovan ("I", "me") collects through capturedbyjovan.com, why, and the choices you have — including which cookies this site uses and how to change your preference at any time.
Captured By Jovan is a photography and content-creation business based in the West Midlands, UK. For any privacy question, contact me at hello@capturedbyjovan.com.
When you submit an enquiry, it's handled by the booking form at app.capturedbyjovan.com — a separate application I use to manage bookings. Whatever you submit there (e.g. name, email, details about your shoot) is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the booking. It isn't sold or passed on to third parties for marketing.
Cookies marked Necessary below are always on because the site can't work properly without them (or because they simply remember your cookie choice). Everything else only runs if you switch it on in the cookie banner — reachable any time via Cookie Preferences in the footer, or the button below.

Analytics | Google Analytics (GA4) — helps me understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). Only set if you accept Analytics cookies. | Up to 2 years (Google default) |
Two more things worth knowing:
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how it's used, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (e.g. by rejecting Analytics cookies above). To exercise any of these, email hello@capturedbyjovan.com. If you're unhappy with how a request is handled, you can complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
If how this site collects or uses data changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will reflect it.
